Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician
We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to perform a range of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:
• Pump Changes: Perform routine pump changes to ensure optimal system performance.
• System Installation: Install commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Setup and Operation: Ensure proper setup and operation of new systems, including testing and commissioning.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
• Issue Identification: Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, reducing downtime and associated costs.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and software applications, replacing or repairing defective components as needed.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, and various other HVAC equipment.
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
