Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Resiliency. This role involves providing expert-level maintenance support in the HVAC/plumbing field, troubleshooting complex problems, and conducting preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Provides expert-level maintenance support in the HVAC/plumbing field
• Troubleshoots complex problems and issues
• Conducts preventative maintenance
• Develops and maintains various HVAC/plumbing preventative maintenance programs and protocols related to Authority assets, equipment, and facilities
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include direct deposit with a financial institution or enrollment in the payroll card program, as well as random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can lead work crews, coach employees, and provide on-the-job training. The ability to work independently on complex HVAC or plumbing system diagnosis and repair is also essential.
This position requires a strong understanding of relevant Authority policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and Authority safety regulations and procedures.
