Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
• Pump Changes: Perform pump changes to ensure optimal system performance.
• System Installation: Install commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting components.
• Repairs: Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system malfunctions using diagnostic tools and software applications.
Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, and various other HVAC equipment.
• Skills: Good analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently with a focus on quality and safety.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
