Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, replacing defective parts or fixing clogged drains
• Direct helpers engaged in pipe cutting and installation
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to provide input on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposures that could cause accidents.
