We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our service technicians with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate accounts receivable and payable records.

Responsibilities:
• Support service technicians with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records
• Process purchase orders, vendor statements, and invoices
• Schedule service appointments and manage the company calendar
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Technical college experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus
