Job Summary: King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Master HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing a variety of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, and more.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC installation technician and possess master-level knowledge of HVAC systems. They will also have extensive experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC installations, as well as strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install a variety of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and more.
• Perform all aspects of HVAC installations, including electrical wiring, refrigeration, ductwork, and piping.
• Ensure installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Collaborate with team members, including project managers, sales staff, and other technicians, to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and provide detailed reports to management.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and installers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear instructions and information about the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
