About the Role
As a Master HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement HVAC systems that meet customer needs and adhere to industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and other technicians to ensure efficient installation processes.
• Conduct site evaluations and develop plans to ensure smooth installations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on installation procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear instructions and guidance on system operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC installation technician.
• Master-level knowledge of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, and all aspects of HVAC installations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and building codes.
• EPA certification and HVAC license required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
