At Lee Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Engineer to join our team in Middle Tennessee. As a key member of our maintenance, service, and installation team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various commercial HVAC equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, commercial HVAC 1-25 tons, commercial HVAC 25-80 tons, DOAS Equipment, Water Source Equipment, commercial refrigeration, cooling towers, and VRF Equipment.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, dental, vision, short-term disability, and a 401(k) matching program.
