The Sales Team Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations and achieving sales goals. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Tasks:
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain sales calendars.
• Manage customer records in our CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication and workflow.
• Support sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Track and manage sales materials and promotional items inventory.
• Assist with planning and coordinating sales events and promotions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support multiple team members.
