Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ensure a clean driving record.
• Install new systems and remove old systems, following an installation checklist.
• Adhere to local HVAC codes and safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Train install helpers assigned to you.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain proper inventory and ensure truck readiness for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong HVAC expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have an active and valid HVAC Journeyman License in the state of Kentucky.
Experience & Education
• 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
