About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will schedule appointments, handle customer inquiries, and upsell additional services and maintenance plans to meet customer needs and drive sales.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software and have a strong understanding of the HVAC and plumbing industry.
