Job Description ">

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of HVAC equipment, including split systems, heat pumps, CRAC units, package units, chillers, and boilers. You will also be required to perform maintenance and repairs on Building Management Systems (BMS) and navigate complex BMS software. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications ">

To be successful in this role, you must have: "> "> • At least 10 years of specific trade and technical experience with installations, repairs, and troubleshooting in commercial and residential HVAC;"> • Advanced knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems;"> • Proficiency in brazing and electrical theory;"> • EPA universal refrigerant license;"> • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;"> • Able to work independently and as part of a team;"> • Familiarity with building codes and industry standards."> ">
