Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate the activities of service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
