A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing LLC is a trusted provider of residential HVAC services in the DMV area. For over 14 years, we’ve been delivering top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our clients, and we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for motivated and reliable Residential HVAC Helpers/Installers to assist in the installation of HVAC systems and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist lead installer in the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, air handlers, gas furnaces, gas boilers, radiators, ductless heat pumps, and humidifiers. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. • Carry and transport equipment, ensuring proper installation and placement. • Communicate with homeowners to address concerns and provide excellent customer service. • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the lead installer and ensure smooth job completion.

Qualifications: • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks related to HVAC installation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. • Flexibility with work hours and scheduling, including occasional weekend work. • Willingness to learn and improve upon existing skills in a fast-paced environment. • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
