A highly skilled HVAC Service Manager is sought after by Len the Plumber Heating & Air to lead their residential service team in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee a team of HVAC Service Technicians and drive exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting departmental budgets.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in team development, sales/operations, and customer service, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications is required.
