Salary: $28-$35/hour based on experience
Job Description:
As an HVAC Technician at Midwest Comfort, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical defects in HVAC systems. You will also perform seasonal preventative maintenance, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, as well as performing warranty services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:
We operate from 7:30AM to 4-5PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime services are available, including nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call service is rotated weekly among technicians, requiring them to be available from 5PM to 8AM for emergency repairs.
