Salary and Benefits
Our salary package includes a starting wage of $16.50 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage. Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Professional to join our team. As an apprentice in our residential HVAC installation program, you will focus on installing and replacing heating and air conditioning systems for our clients. Your responsibilities will include performing removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems, working closely with the install coordinator and fellow installation technicians to ensure timely and accurate service, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness before leaving each job site.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have basic knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to learn through observation and hands-on experience. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in tight spaces for extended periods and be willing to perform routine manual labor. If you have previous experience with HVAC installation or hold a journeyman's license, that is a plus!
