As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HVAC solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, a dependable work ethic, creative problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and EPA certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities
• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Ensure all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Mentor and train junior installers
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, reflecting the value we place on our team members' skills and experience.
