Position: Installation Specialist
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: $23.20/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities
The HVAC Installation Specialist is responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems to meet company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Main Responsibilities:
• Install, test, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects efficiently
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards and regulations
Requirements
To be successful as an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will need:
• 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders
