We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. As a Residential New Construction HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and efficiency of new homes by installing top-notch HVAC systems.
Salary and Benefits
Our competitive salary package includes an estimated $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 80% medical premium coverage and 50% family premium coverage. We also offer 6 paid company holidays and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Responsibilities
• Install HVAC systems in new residential constructions according to specifications and standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
• Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate installations.
• Conduct system tests and initializations to guarantee performance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving installation processes and safety measures.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in HVAC installation and:
• Universal EPA certification.
• Active O6A Electrical License or Trainee card.
• Gas Mech 1 License.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License.
• Be at least 18 years old.
