As a skilled O2 Electrician at R AND R HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, INC., you will be an integral part of our HVAC projects. Your expertise will ensure that our installations meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
Salary Information:
$28-$40/HR (Doe) salary range is competitive for this role, considering the experience and qualifications required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to align HVAC installations with project timelines and specifications.
• Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to HVAC technicians, ensuring seamless integration of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ensure that all HVAC systems meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to connect wiring to HVAC equipment, guaranteeing proper functionality.
• Identify and mitigate electrical hazards on job sites, providing technical support and guidance to other team members when needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in HVAC systems, implementing effective solutions to resolve problems promptly.

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• Washington State 02 Electrician License
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Some HVAC experience
