About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Installation Technician to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Plano TX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly oversee all aspects of assigned HVAC installation projects
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records and reports for project management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• Prior experience in project management or leadership roles
• NATE certification required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
