About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex issues. This role requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of HVAC systems, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, and collaborating with our facilities team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements:
• Over two years of experience in building maintenance
• Four years of HVAC work experience
• HVAC Technician Certificate and EPA License
• Mechanical A or B Contractor License (preferred)
