Candidates are sought for the position of Building Maintenance Tech II - HVAC Tech at Collin County. This skilled role involves diagnostic testing, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled work in diagnostic testing, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections and make necessary repairs to various structures and mechanical equipment.
• Assist with the renovation and remodeling of buildings.
• Monitor energy controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance and four years of HVAC work, with a focus on diagnostics, is required. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid Texas Operator's Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Certifications and Licenses:
• HVAC Technician Certificate.
• EPA License.
• Mechanical A or B Contractor License preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
