Job Overview
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding, as well as the ability to train technicians and oversee a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service and maintenance to commercial clients
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow the service division
• Manage and maintain accurate records of service calls, including technician time and material usage
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a senior HVAC service manager role
• Proven leadership and technical skills, with a strong understanding of commercial HVAC products and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
