Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing HVAC solutions for building owners with a focus on aggressively growing the service business including service maintenance agreements, quoted service work, time & materials and projects. Increases revenues by developing relationships, following up sales leads, generating quotes and obtaining orders from customers. Offers our full service offering while focusing their sales on large projects with new and existing customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
• Finding new customers (includes cold calling, identifying and asking for referrals from existing customers) resulting in service agreements, quoted repairs, and projects sales. Will also be responsible for maintaining those relationships and tending to customer needs.
• Consolidating information by collecting, organizing and assembling data for reports, presentations and special projects.
• Maintaining records of sales, customer information and requests
• Communicating effectively with customers, vendors and other company team members
Requirements:
• Must have HVAC sales experience.
• Prefer one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience thereof.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
• Accurately calculate figures and amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Also, deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Have Valid Driver's License
• Lift and / or move 25+ pounds as needed, sit, stand, walk, climb, use both close vision and be able to adjust focus, as well as operate computer keyboard and telephone
Compensation: Base pay + GREAT commission structure
