As a Building Maintenance Tech II - HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for the performance of skilled work in diagnostic testing, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and mechanical equipment to identify potential problems.
• Assist with the renovation and remodeling of buildings, ensuring that HVAC systems are properly installed and maintained.
• Monitor energy controls to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $75,000, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
