About the Role:
Gulfstream SP is seeking a seasoned Field Service Management Professional to lead the delivery of HVAC services in Honolulu, HI. This critical position demands a skilled leader with expertise in field service operations, customer relationship management, and team development.
Main Responsibilities:
• Service Delivery: Oversee the daily activities of HVAC service teams, ensuring timely project completion, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions to meet their expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs conform to local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Operational Excellence: Design and implement process improvements to enhance team performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Resource Optimization: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC, such as NATE, or other technical and safety-related credentials, are highly preferred.
