Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer Role at Interface Engineering
We are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer/Designer to join our team in Honolulu, HI. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our office and client sites as needed.
About the Position:
As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the selection, engineering, and design of HVAC systems on multiple projects. You will prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and providing oversight to support staff. Additionally, you will conduct construction administration and site observations, providing excellent service to team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC system selection, engineering, and design on multiple projects

Requirements:
• BSME or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of commercial A/E engineering experience
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards
• LEED Accreditation, Autodesk REVIT, Trane Trace 700, and EnergyPlus Energy ModelingTM knowledge preferred
Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000 - $145,000.
