Gulfstream SP is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Heating and Cooling Services Leader to lead and manage our commercial HVAC service operations in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This leadership role drives service excellence, ensures efficient operations, and fosters strong client relationships in the commercial HVAC space.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of technicians, ensure the successful delivery of maintenance, repair, and installation services, and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage our HVAC service teams, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installations are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth, optimize service operations, and manage resources to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all HVAC services comply with local codes, industry standards, and best practices, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC with a strong background in leading service teams and overseeing commercial HVAC operations.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.
• Ideal candidates will have a solid, local, and stable work history in the Honolulu area or similar market, demonstrating a commitment to the industry and region.
• Relevant HVAC certifications, including NATE, EPA 608, and any additional leadership or technical certifications, are highly preferred.
