About the Job
• Manage day-to-day operations of our HVAC service teams, ensuring high-quality maintenance, repairs, and installations are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee and mentor a skilled team of HVAC technicians, fostering professional growth and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Ensure all HVAC services comply with local codes, industry standards, and best practices, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business growth, optimize service operations, and manage resources to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in HVAC with a strong background in leading service teams and overseeing commercial HVAC operations.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency.
• Ideal candidates will have a solid, local, and stable work history in the Honolulu area or similar market, demonstrating a commitment to the industry and region.
• Relevant HVAC certifications, including NATE, EPA 608, and any additional leadership or technical certifications, are highly preferred.
