Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Remove grease and debris from hood systems
• Clean and inspect rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter replacement and equipment calibration
