Main Responsibilities:
• Paint units ensuring a high-quality finish
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming
• Repair and patch drywall as needed, maintaining structural integrity
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Benefits and Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and paid vacation.
