Cleaning Service Job Description
We are seeking a home service technician to join our team at Desert Maids LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a leading provider of residential cleaning services, we offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.
Estimated Salary: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional cleaning services and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough home inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for our clients by following all cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must pass a background check
• Must have functional smartphone with data plan
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
• Must be fluent in English
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
