About the Role
Malace HR is hiring an experienced Heating and Cooling Systems Technician to support our operational processes in the St. Paul area. The successful candidate will earn a salary of $35-40 per hour and work 1st shift hours. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
• Repair and replace lighting fixtures, ballasts, and other equipment as needed.
• Clean and inspect HVAC coils, change filters, and belts.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3rd Party Certification.
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate should be physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments, including extreme temperatures and heights.
