• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality and resident satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances to address maintenance needs efficiently
• Complete work orders on time to maintain apartment community appearance and functionality
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance care)
• Owning a set of basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and problem-solve effectively
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
