This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and satisfaction.
• Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community.
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
• Own a set of basic hand tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from the property.
• Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
