HVAC Sales Project Manager
Location: Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) + uncapped bonus based on gross margin

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop new business, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Project Management: Oversee project phases, coordinate teams, and ensure adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster client loyalty, address concerns, and identify opportunities for system improvements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HVAC design school degree, or a related field expertise. Relevant certifications (e.g., P.E., E.I.T., HVAC certifications) are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in HVAC system design, project management, and sales with expertise in commercial and industrial systems and a record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- HVAC Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation processes, and mechanical systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system design, project management and CRM tools, industry standards, and mechanical systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
