Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to residents by responding promptly to work orders and performing preventive maintenance.
• Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to maintain the overall appearance of the property.
Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• A strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair is essential.
• Possession of a valid Class D Driver's license with a good driving record is required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $22.50-$26.25 per hour, depending on experience.
