The Malace HR team is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HVAC systems and be comfortable with physical labor.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect and maintain facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace HVAC system components, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility interior and exterior areas.
• Report any issues or concerns to management.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters, and replacing ballasts.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3rd party certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.
• Valid state driver's license required (if mobile).
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $32-33 per hour and opportunities for professional growth and development.
