Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, 401K, medical, dental, and vision care.
About the Job
This role requires a skilled HVAC systems serviceman who has worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment. Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVACR systems, including centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and on weekends is required upon hire.
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
