About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team at Tech24. This exciting opportunity is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to and from customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment. You will work independently, solving problems efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. To excel in this position, you should have strong technical skills, be a master at trouble shooting, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoots and repairs commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensures safe operation of commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment by inspecting and testing related components.
• Communicates effectively with customers and branch staff regarding repair status and schedules.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills
• Industry-standard hand tools
