About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at A&L Heating and Air LLC in Maryville, TN.
This position will involve conducting annual maintenance and on-demand service calls for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, consulting with customers about indoor air quality accessories, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, 2+ years of HVAC Service experience, EPA Universal Certification, and NATE Certification or be willing to obtain it during employment.
Estimated Salary: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs & performance bonuses.
