Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential customers in the RNC HVAC industry.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Compensation
The compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary of $20,000-$30,000 plus uncapped commissions, totaling up to $60,000 in the first year, with unlimited earning potential thereafter.
