About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as maintaining HVAC systems, handling helpdesk requests, collaborating with vendors, replacing lighting fixtures and electrical components, rearranging furniture, and completing other duties assigned by your supervisor or management.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in building maintenance and/or construction, as well as proficiency in basic computer skills for email, time tracking, and logging helpdesk requests. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
