About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Home Comfort Technician to join our team at Service Legends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing residential service work, including installing, reconnecting, and upgrading electrical services to heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as water heaters.
Our ideal candidate will have a Class C or Class A License, 2 years of customer service experience or residential service work, and excellent oral and written communication skills. They will also be able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
The estimated salary for this role is $38-$58 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and spiffs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a 401k option with a 4% match.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical services to heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as water heaters
• Serve clients by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to client concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
• Maintain your truck inventory
• Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
• Provide the best customer service possible to our clients
• Adhere to local and state codes
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
