The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC systems across various properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose complex issues related to HVAC systems.
• Ability to plumb and perform basic repairs related to HVAC installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
About the Position:
This is a full-time position, with estimated hours of 40 per week.
The expected hourly pay is $20.00 - $26.00.
