Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Heating Systems Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Responsibilities
• Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair system issues.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Installation of system accessories such as thermostats, whole house air purifiers, and start assists.
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order.
• Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly.
• Offer and promote the benefits of system maintenance contracts to homeowners.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
• A strong background in HVAC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30-$40 per hour (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, paid holidays, vacation time, and WA state paid sick leave.
Additionally, you will receive a company cell phone and a company vehicle to commute from job to job.
