Job Title: Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
Company Overview: Legacy Heating & Cooling is a newly established HVAC company with offices in Hayden, ID & Spokane, WA. We specialize in providing commercial services to the Inland Northwest.
Salary: $25.00 - $40.00/hr base pay, depending on experience, credentials, and location.
Job Description:
• Repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
• Perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty parts to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and effective HVAC solutions for commercial clients.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Commercial Service Technician in the HVAC industry.
• Extensive knowledge of various commercial HVAC systems, including diagnosing, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must possess an EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License.
• Spokane location service technicians must possess a 06A license.
