We are seeking an experienced HVAC Master Lead Installer to join our team at Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning LLC.
Position: Full-time Master Lead Installer
Location: Spokane, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation: $35 – $45 /hr (depending on experience)

About the Role
The HVAC Master Lead Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include supervising the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving efficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
